LEAGUES:

Parent job assignments are now available on the signup calendar.  Please take advantage of the great selection of jobs we have available.  Also please keep in mind that the other teams who host the league meet rely almost solely on their team parents to plan and execute the entirety of this meet, which is at least a 1.5yr commitment.  The St. Albans Rec Dept and your coaches have/are taking care of everything.

• Deck Marshall positions put you on the pool deck and, ideally, have little to actually do.  
• Head timer positions also place you poolside.
• Scoring table assistants are actually the specific people who have been working with, learning, and mastering the integration of the dolfin timing system and Meet Maestro.  Normally I am able to make it so only certain people can sign up, but this time I cannot.
• Parking jobs are a great opportunity to help out when you don't have any kids swimming (e.g. no kids Sat AM...take a parking slot).  Note that all parking slots show up on the Saturday AM job list, but the 3rd shift spans the morning and afternoon sessions.  You will have some Rec staff doing this as well.  Some responsible swimmers asked this morning if they could do the parking, and YES, they sure can.  If you're not sure if this is right for your swimmer, let us know.  Also, if more swimmers or parents want to do it than there are signup spots, send 'em!

Warm-up times:

• Friday PM - 3:00pm
• Saturday AM - 7:00am
• Saturday PM - 12:00pm, subject to change if the morning session runs long. Will not be earlier.
